Thank you for booking with Essentially Ready. By scheduling a session or service, you agree to the following Terms of Service

1. Services & Quotes

All services offered, including “Closet Cleanse,” “Love on a Hanger,” “The Style Drop,” and “One Look Wonder,” may list a price of $0.00 for informational purposes only.
Final pricing will be provided in a custom quote after your Style Spark session. Services are not rendered, and payments are not due, until a signed agreement and deposit are received.
Service descriptions are for illustrative purposes. Services may be customized based on your goals, lifestyle, and budget.

2. Booking & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Payments can be made via Zelle or Venmo.
Deposits are non-refundable. Services are non-refundable once rendered. Adjustments or credits toward future services may be offered at my discretion in exceptional circumstances.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a $25 cancellation fee.
No-shows will forfeit the deposit.
Notifications must be sent via email or text unless otherwise agreed. All times are in Eastern Time (ET).

4. Client Preparation

Please complete the Essentially Ready Questionnaire at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Be as honest and detailed as possible—this ensures your style reflects your personality and goals.
For virtual sessions, ensure a stable internet connection. I am not responsible for technical issues such as poor internet, software malfunctions, or platform outages.

5. Closet Access & Property

For in-person services (Closet Cleanse, Detox & Refresh, personal shopping), please have your wardrobe accessible and organized to the best of your ability.
I will take the utmost care with your clothing, accessories, and personal property. However, clients acknowledge that I am not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of personal property.
No photographs or videos of your wardrobe or personal items will be taken or shared without your explicit written consent.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your personal style, body measurements, and preferences are confidential and used solely to provide styling services.
Any images, media, or client information will not be used for marketing purposes without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

By booking a session, you acknowledge that styling services are advisory and personal in nature. Alyssa Correa and Essentially Ready are not responsible for any outcomes, including dissatisfaction, clothing fit issues, or styling results.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms remains in full effect.

9. Acceptance

By booking or attending a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service in full.
